My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for where I needed to be and offered a free shuttle to Disneyland, which was a big plus. However, the rooms had a musty smell and were quite dusty, not the most comfortable experience. The service was friendly and helpful, making the overall stay more pleasant despite the room issues.

I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at this hotel. They were much better than I expected, clean and comfortable, but there was a musty and old smell that bothered me. Although not up to the standards of a high-end hotel, definitely not as bad as a budget motel. Sadly, the discovery of black mold in the bathroom after showering was a major downside.

The service here was top-notch. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and always greeted guests with a smile. Although there was an incident of someone with a black eye roaming the halls, the service was attentive and responsive, making up for any minor inconveniences.

I was happy that my room was ready early, allowing me to check in before 3 pm. The extra sound-proofing around the doors to the hallways was a nice touch. However, I had to leave the window open all day to get rid of a strange smell, indicating a lack of attention to cleaning procedures.
